Fuck, I wish I had time to goof around more but I really need to get on that stuff due, like, this evening.
"Now you’re just being silly."
"Yeah? Whose element is Ice, again? I’ll be fine. You’re the one shaking."
Redesign Set Post. Male Versions. I didn’t change much for Twitter since I liked his first design. I used my Red Rabbit pic for his attire. Thought it would be nice to have them altogether. Enjoy!
UPDATE! Added in Redesign of FireFox. I’ll prbly have a separate post for both Twitter and Firefox along with their previous design.
When Yukiko got invited over to their side of Inaba, she didn’t expect to get to see Naoko’s home this time around. She had grown used to being at the Inn or at Shuu’s home. She was in quite an awe from what his home was like.
Being offered a drink, she sipped at it lightly, trying her best not to let it hit her too quickly like the past few times when they gathered together. Sitting next to Shuu, she watched what was about to start, thanks to her male counterpart.
It always seemed that she got to try different and fun things when hanging out with the boys. Yukiko watched the bottle spin and chuckled. “So what made you choose this of all things to do, Yuki?” It wasn’t like she hadn’t gotten the joy of kissing him nor Shuu…but it was going to be interesting to see how their host was going to react.
Sipping her drink, she glanced down at the bottle. “I think our host should start.”
Shuu scooted slightly closer to Yukiko on the bed, probably without even really noticing that he was doing it. His eyes were on Yuki, still, as the dark-haired boy took a moment to try and explain. “Hm. I don’t know, honestly, but it looked like a lot of fun. More of the team would be here, but they had things to do…” Kumari especially had sounded excited at the prospect of lots of ‘smooching’, but when it was actually time to do it, only the three boys had been available.
Well, and a beloved friend they’d dragged along for the ride. It was still definitely weird to live on opposite sides of a TV, but the way everybody tended to fit together and accept each other suggested something was at work. Yuki and Yukiko were obviously different people, but to Shuu, they looked similar in some way.
"Besides, everybody here appreciates the value of kissing… even Naoko was willing to give it a try! With a little persuasion… Hey, that’s a good suggestion, too! Naoko, go first."
Unable to say no to one Yuki, much less two with a Shuu thrown in for good measure, Naoko let out a sigh and reached over for the bottle. “Very well, please take good care of me…” Spin, spin, spin…
"… Yukiko-senpai." The boy’s face went from slight blush to red in a moment.
Nobody who worked with the ‘detective princess’ or saw him around town would have imagined that he’d end up in this situation. Well, to be fair, Naoko himself hadn’t known that this would happen, but when one of his best friends in the world fell ill, on one of his precious few days off, no less, he had to take action. Thus, wearing a nurse outfit that he had bought a year ago, and now felt just a tiny bit on the short side, he ended up going over to Rise’s home in the tofu shop and offering to help take care of her.
Her grandmother, who hadn’t seen much of Naoko at all, was happy for the help, smiling at the ‘nice young woman’ and letting him past with very little trouble. Well, at least that was one less thing to worry about… although of course he still felt his cheeks heat up as he knocked on Rise’s door. He’d never been to her room before, at all, even though this was purely to help her and not just a social call. Her texts to the others had carried the distinctive tone of a woman expecting to die, although of course, that might have just been a little bit of her dramatic flare showing through.
In any case, with a small pillow clutched tightly to his body with one hand, a medicine bag in the other, he waited outside her room. “Rise? It’s me,” He called out calmly, brushing a bit of stray blue hair from his soft face. If nothing else, maybe the outfit would cheer her up or something… assuming she just didn’t fall to the floor laughing.
"I got your text and wanted to make sure you were okay."
(Cute message of the day! Remember that being yourself is the best thing you can be. Even if there are attributes you don’t appreciate in yourself, they’re still you, so don’t let anybody belittle you for who you are. *Tells you your favorite story at bedtime*)
I was thinking of ways to throw my other muses at Rise (not literally, we hope) or any of the other investigation team people and then somehow got to thinking about Shadow Yuuko. I bet that since regular Yuuko is a stoic leader who cares about bonds of people and stuff, her Shadow would basically turn into a typical evil mastermind, callous and loudly annoyed and angry whenever her minions have failed her. So, like, her Shadow would just berate Rise up and down for the ‘Only one enemy left~’ shit and all that and basically be a big jerk.
Yeah, a real shock, I know.
aw ye glad to have made that reluctant step forward huh?
no guys i wanted to be cranky and bitter but then wham out of nowhere i actually bothered to try one of those things and then good stuff happened i am literally about to cry
risettesings asked: You kind of made me adore you. <3 (And I miss threading with you!)
Anonymous asked: Lookie here, mister. I think you're one of the most stand up guys I've ever met in my life. You're kind and you actually give a damn about your friends. When it comes down to it I think you'd do anything to make sure they were happy or feeling extraordinary. Thank you for putting up with me and all my bullshit over the past few months. I really am thankful for you.
fluffycoloredkuma asked: i think that this blog was a great idea and you're pretty rad
crimsonxheadphones asked: Maybe I've never told you this, and I feel like I'll never get to say this as often as I should because of timezones, but I really like your writing style. You have this wonderful gift of making your words sound natural and I can't help but wonder how you do it. ;w;
